Diclofenac is an NSAIDs and aggravates gastritis as prostaglandins receptors are occupied If gastric ulcer is active than NO If it is treated in past and presently pt is asymptomatic than use ppis and antacids before ingestion of diclofenac Take care of agravation and malena Better advice discard the use of diclofenac use only plain paracetamol

All NASID do GASTRITIS so before taking orally DICLOFENAC give Antacid or give Injection of Diclofenac
