No bonny i jury involved. Calcanium Spur.. A calcaneal spur is a bony outgrowth from the calcaneal tuberosity (heel bone). Calcaneal spurs are typically detected by x-ray examination. It is a form of exostosis.

Ankle joint is arthritic Check uric acid levels No obvious fracture in visualized areas Clinical correlation If pain full,give a pop slab for two weeks and reassess
