Abdominal distension might be due to Paralytic ileus Intestinal obstruction umbilical hernia is visible in decubitis position

Abdominal distension with gas in small and large bowl. If also associated with vomiting and constipation then likely cause in distal colon need to be considered for evaluation if all possible medical causes ruled out.

Distal small intestinal obstruction

Need clinical details. In the x-ray there is abdominal distension,but no air fluid levels,umbilical hernia is present, and their is a narrow segment with dilation proximal to that. Need to rule out hypothyroidism and hiruschprung disease
