Age- 48 Years/M complaint of backache since 4 months. Pain on touching and slight pressing the spine pain from base of neck to tail of spine Pain more on bending forward better by bending backward X-ray spine- normal Patient do a sitting job for 8-10 hours a day appetite- normal thirst- normal stool- constipated urine- normal desire- alcohol aversion- N.s sleep- 7 hours Mentally he is highly irritable, cannot bear any sort of contradiction gets violent in discussions Suggest treatment doctors

May be mechanical back pain *Need MRI scan to rule out cord compression *local tenderness may be due to bony pathology
