Basic non- invasive investigations for primary amenorrhea 1. Jb, TLC ,DLC, ESR - for general health status 2. USG pelvis - to confirm or exclude presence of uterus and ovaries and other abnormalities 3. TSH - for hypothyroidism 4. PRL- to exclude hyperprolactinaemia 5. FSH - Low- hypogonadotrophism High- Turner's syndrome or gonadal agenesis
