39 yr old male patient came with chief complaints of pain in epigastric region and breathlessness since 2 days No h/0 burning chest sensation no H/0 vomiting ,nausea No H/0 oedema over feet on examination - BP -140/100 pulse rate 80 /min kindly correlate with ECG findings and give appropriate diagnosis and management
