Good answer Dr. Ahmed And thank you for your wishes History of injury present What is line of the treatment in this case. Simple antibiotics and eye drops may be suffice or any other instructions to be take please advise.

Subconjunctival hemorrhage
It's clear case of subconjunctival hge, Although it's self resolving disease if the cause is removed with in 3 to 4 wks ....Still antibiotic with mild Steroid (triamcinolone), decongestant and lubricant drops....Use cold compression with in 24 hrs or hot compression if hge is of more than 24 hrs....
It's Subconjunctival hemorrhage Cause is INJURY topical eye drops Refer to ophthalmologist.
S/c h'ge. As There is h/o trauma , steroid with antibiotic e/drops qid can be prescribed .
