90/F presented to ER with h/o difficulty in walking and weakness of right upper and lower limb since last night. known Hypertensive and rheumatoid arthritis on medication. O/E conscious , patient deaf and dumb HR: 70/min BP:130/40mmhg SPO2:97% Diagnosis and treatment ??
