Bee sting 3 days earlier. Flucloxacillin started 2 days later and redness is improving but blister getting bigger. Systemically well. How would you deal with the blister? It’s slowly leaking serous fluid. What could go wrong - especially during lockdown?

Spreading cellulitis post bee sting . Stop flucloxacillin give amoxicillin clavulanic acid . An antihistamine. Careful examination of the wound . If bee stringer is seen it needs to b removed . Give an analgesic for pain .

Insect bite with cellulitis Inj TT .5 ml im stat. Inj Avil 2ml+ inj dexona 2ml I'm stat. Inj CEFTUM 500mg iv slowly bd. SOLUZYME TDS. Diclo PCM TDS. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion and punctured blister with sterile needle and dressing with betadine lotion locally under xylocaine spray. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Support the area and rest.
