Bilateral pitting pedal edema

A 60 yr old male who is a chronic smoker presented with Breathlessness, pedal edema , poor oral intake and personality changes since 5 days....vitals at presentation were BP-160/100 PR-106/min, spO2-85%, Rbs- 88....No h/o any comorbidity..comment on the approach to this patient...

44 yr old lady ,not a k/c/o DM/HT/Dyslipidemia c/o dyspnoea on exertion for the past 3 yrs along with 10% weight gain. On examination bilateral pitting pedal edema present more so on the right leg (photo attached) vitals are stable and all the systemic examinations normal. Also attaching the photo of her dry,coarse skin,mostly due to hypothyroidism P.s:Can pedal edema be severe enough to cause medial deviation of the toes??(photo attached) If not what are the reasons for it??

42 yr female comes with swelling on both ankles since from last one year.in investigation uric acid,rft,lft,cbc all r in normal range.in treatment give lyser d tds nd b complex nd in between light steroid also added..but does not improved. .give the right advise
