BM aspirate - Increased Cellularity with Presence of Numerous Blasts ( Greater than 90 percent as per images posted ) - Morphology Favouring Lymphoblasts ( L1 subtype) Round and regular nuclei , occasional nuceoli , scant cytoplasm , no cytoplasmic vacuolations . No Auer Rods seen - All the Haematopoietic Lineages are Markedly Diminished Impression - Acute Leukaemia ; Likely Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia Adv - Special Stains - Flow Cytometric Immunophenotyping for Lineage and Subtyping - Cytogenetics
