Active Herpes infection caused Dendritic Corneal ulceration. Acyclovir oral 800 mg.x 5 times x 7 days. Acyclovir opthalmic drop.. Lubricant eye drop.
Dendritic corneal ulcer acyclovir eye oint acyclovir Tab 800 mg 5 hourly Gabapentine cap twice homide eye drops twice
Dentritic corneal ulcer due to herpex simplex virus use moxifloxacin keto eye drops QD 7 days and Antiinflammatory Eye drops QD 7 days and luricant eye drops QD 7 days and Atropine eyes drops BD 5 days and Tab Acylovir 500mg BD 5 days and Acylovir ointment used at bed time and Tab vitamin C including otherwise surgery

12 yr child developed fever 6 days ago which lasted for 2 days and ranged from 100 to 102 F. On 3 rd day of fever he developed rashes around moth. Now on 6 th day patient is afebrile, with lesions around mouth and congested eyes. Systemic examination is not contributry. Kindly suggest diagnosis and treatment .@

### 23 years old boy presents to OPD with a similar picture as shown in the schematic diagram. Of course, it's a case of Bell's Palsy. He was prescribed the following: Rx, (1) Tab. Prednisolone 20 mg Sig: 2-0-0 x 7 days (2) Tab. Acyclovir 200 mg Sig: 2-2-2-2-2 x 5 days But on completion of the full course of the medications he hasn't got cured. What to do next ???
