Breast cancer case with dyspnea

Chief Complaint A 63 y/o female complaints of dyspnea, SOB & fatigue History She has h/o breast cancer 10 years back which was excised. Examination On physical examination facial edema was noted. Investigation WBC 15.90 × 109/l Platelets 24 × 109/l AST 70 U/l ALT 190 U/l GGT 299 U/l. ECG shows normal sinus rhythm. A CT thorax shows asymmetry in the volume of the right cavities, more of the atrium and the right ventricular cavities. Treatment Advise the management option.
