GGOs bilateral Lower cp angles are obscured bilaterally There is pleural effusion rt side and causing loss of volume Aged lady 60yrs with sob doe cough fever nothing else to think of she is a c/o typical covid19 pneumonitis with ARDS Admit her in ICU to be investigated and treated under ICMR protocols
