An infant presented with these lesions over the abdomen. Can you name this condition? Clusters of vesicles turn into bullae.

Bullous Impetigo. Bullous impetigo is a bacterial skin infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus that results in the formation of large blisters called bullae, usually in areas with skin folds like the armpit, groin, between the fingers or toes, beneath the breast, and between the buttocks.

Bullous Impetigo: Treatment includes topical antibioticssuch as mupirocin, retapamulin, and fusidic acid. Oral antibiotic therapy can be used for impetigo with large bullae or when topical therapy is impractical

It's bullous impetigo Treat with oral antibiotics like Amoxclav or Cefuxime
