A 25 yr male Pt having recurring ratches all over body on & off condition C/O - Itching Sugar - normal plz sujjest line of treatment H/O - Fungal infection - 3year before currently clear

2 yr baby having rashes in gluetal region since 1 day and having itching

patient presented with this lesion over the hand since morning. patient was doing normal kitchen work. when she removed the gloves she noticed small blisters over the hand. as day passes area become sloughy. very mild pain is present. no itching. what is the diagnosis and treatment for this case.

11months young boy brought by parents with complains of rash all over body except face, hands and feet since 10-12 days. No h/o fever, pain and itching associated with rash. Dx and Tt ?

A 24 yrs male pt came with c/o rashes on thighs n genitals since 3 to 6 months . no h/o fever , itching or burning sensation or other things . no h/o past long medical sickness.. Pt came treatment as rashes are gradually increasing otherwise no other such complaints. Kindly give diagnosis n treatment
