c/o chest pain. diagnosis??
male/20 c/o pain in chest occur with interval of 18-24 hr. ecg and cxr attached in ecg it shows rad. Diagnosis??
Tracing is absolutely normal Q3 is normal Xray chests are normal Pain chest seems to be muscular
ECG NSR S1 Q3 Early repolarization in inf leads. Adv Echo CD to see for etiology of RV strain.
Cxr and ECG normal Think in terms of musculoskeletal pain and advice analgesics. Go for uric acid and serum calcium. What's the site of pain? Add some antacids in view of APD.
X ray normal ECG has normal sinus rythm with bradycardia. Sigm of early repolarization on inferior lead iii and Avf.
CXR PA view NAD. ECG - Normal sinus rhythm. Early repolarization in Inferior leads, fragmented qrs in lead V1
X-ray normal ECG normal Ad to consult cardiologist
ECG : NAD X ray chest: NAD Chest pain might be muscular or Due to APD or reflux
SUGGESTIVE OF NORMAL TRACING NEEDS. FURTHER EVALUATION
