Acanthosis Nigricans Needs proper screening to r/o PCOD USG Abd and Pelvis, FPG, Fasting Sr Insulin, Lipid Profile, LH, FSH, PRL, Testosterone
Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and line of treatment particularly hormonal profile.
