Chr eczematous dermititis with hypopigmentation Rx CSR 3% oint twice daily Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd for 5to7days than 1od Sos oral steroids Once lesions are healed than think of hypopigmentation Moisturisers in routine use R/o diabetes
Vitiligo with Eczematous dermatitis DD Palmoplantar psoriasis , secondary infection and with steroid induced hypo pigmentation
? Psoriasis vulgaris with depigmentation due to local steroid. Avoid all local steroid for time being. For itching use soothing cream like SILODERM with ATARAX Tablet. If needed use local steroid twice a week application. HP study will give definite diagnosis.
Vitiligo with contact dermatitis
Chronic eczematous dermatitis with hypopigmentation.
