A 59 yr male rashes on back...since 2 days... now spread to chest pain over area mild itching k/c/o DM since 1 yr on medication

M/21 presenting with skin lesion over rt lateral aspect of neck since last day , asso. with itching and burning sensation. no c/o fever or lesion anywhere. Kindly suggest diagnosis and management
