Heel spur. A bony growth that develops around the heel bone, often caused by ill-fitting shoes, and sometimes causing pain. This often caused by strains on foot muscles and ligaments, stretching of the plantar fascia, and repeated tearing of the membrane that covers the heel bone.. Cold compress. Corticosteroid injection. NSAID. Surgery.

Calcaneal spur . It is the cause of pain on the right Achilles tendon region due to associated plantar fascitis and soft tissue inflammation

Calcaneal Spur. Cold compression. Analgesic ORALLY. Rest and support. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally.
