Vericose Ulcer. Change of occupation,he has to avoid long standing work.Being Burbur he cannot avoid it. Leg should be raised up atleast half an hour 3-4 times daily. Wash wound with Betadine Soln.ASD with Fucidine ointment after debridement. Tab Pentoxifylin 400mg BD,Cap Coamoxyclav 625mg TDS×7days. Use stockings.Maintain personal hygiene.

Varicose ulcer( H/o long standing job) Regular antiseptic dressing and prophylactic local antibiotic like mupirocin,fusidic acid Can use elastic stockings and rest with leg end of bed elevated
