Pregnancy with cholelithiasis mgt.

Female patient with pregnancy of 9 weeks 4 days of gestation, had abdominal pain since 1 week. USG shows cholelithiasis., calculus measuring 7mm in the lumen. No fever,no vomiting. Kindly suggest management. USG reports attached for reference.

Till the delivery time tell the patient to have oil and spice free diet and you can start with tab Augmentin 625mg BD for 5 days. As augmentin is safe in pregnancy and patient can go for electiveOT after delivery
If you don’t need to be more annoying, then follow the operation and observations with a reduction treatment to avoid more in the first trimester and toky of water. ,,
Manage conservative till delivery and give Hepamerz Tab one bd Tab Pan 40 one in empty stomach Tab Drotaverin one Tab sos
Manage the case conservatively Rx tab meftalspas 1 tds Ppis Antacids Tab urcodeoxcolic 150mg 1tds (udco)
