Male, 44 years old, chest, back and upper limb injuries for 6 months, hyperchromic macules, ragged edges, defined limits, lesions are increasing in size, associated pruritus. No other symptoms. Patient takes sertraline 50 mg once daily (anxiety disorder).

Leucoderma Psorolin 100 - 200 mg od Psorolin oint locally followed by exposure to sunlight bd. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Levocet 5mg SOS for itching. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Reassurance required.
