Tapeworm in children

A 4 years female child had TAPEWORM INFESTATION and Nemocid and Albendazole was given but these anthelmintics are not working. Praziquental is not available in market. What to do ??

Give Mebendazole (100mg) BD for 3 days and ivermectin 3mg single dose. Give all contacts of single dose of Albendazole simultaneously. Maintain hygiene.

Try niclosamide
Tapeworms are usually treated with a medicine taken by mouth. The most commonly used medicine for tapeworms is praziquantel (Biltricide). These medications paralyze the tapeworms, which let go of the intestine, dissolve, and pass from your body with bowel movements.
Omit non veg food isfrstand for most. Tab. Albendazole for 3 consecutive days. Food and hand hygiene to be taken care. YesPyrental palmote by Pfizer is available and second line drug.
Cysticide,, Helminthex, Prazine are praziquental brands available in India. Albendazole repeat courses suggested. Simultaneous treatment of all family members suggested.
