UPDATE ON THE RISK SCORE IN COVID19 PATIENTS AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

Dear my friends and fellow Colleagues, Here is an update on COVID19 Risk Score from WUHAN. Researchers in China have developed a COVID-19 risk score that may help predict the risk of progression of the illness at the time of admission. The ten variables for the score include 1) Age, 2) Dyspnea, 3) Hemoptysis, 4) Comorbidities, 5) Unconsciousness, 6) Cancer history, 7) Neutrophil to Lymphocyte ratio, 8) LDH, 9) Direct Bilirubin & 10) X-ray chest abnormality. JAMA Internal Medicine, May, 2020. Regards and thanks, Dr Sepuri Krishna Mohan.
