No specific medicine for stress incontinence.Antidepressant can try. One has to look for the cause,female patient needs gynecologist exam ,UTI to exclude, urodynamic study ,urological exam . PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISE IS IMPORTANT.Supporyive management restrict fluid intake at night. Various surgical treatments available.
Interferential therapy can be added to the above mentioned management programme.
