Non-pruritic lesions

A 35-year-old female presented with rashes on the inner thigh. Intermittent flares for a couple of years. Lesions are self-limiting. She denies pruritus. Mild pain. Rash presented before the band-aid making contact dermatitis less likely. Possible DDX?
