A male aged 56 years who was recently diagnosed as having Adeno Ca Colon Chief Complaints Bilious Vomiting Pain Abdomen (Colicky) Inability to pass Flatus n Faeces (x 2 days) Physical Examination Distended Abdomen and absent Bowel sounds
sub acute intestinal obstruction refer to general surgeon give antobiotic and analgesic cover IV FLUIDS send for basic investigations esp look for electrolytes.
