55 yearale Cirrhotic patient came with abdominal pain and distension...on evaluation tenderness all over abdomen noted...Also INR 2.1, Platelet 100000,Fibrinogen 78, Hb dropped to 4.1 gm from 8.3 in 2 days...CT done , can you guess for the abnormality ??
