60 yr old female patient come with c/o Giddiness since 4 -5 days BP 140/90 pulse 35/min slow 98% Diagnosis and management pls k/c/o hyperthyroidism

Anemia Hypothyroidism because TSH is best high. However it is stated that this patient is known case of hyperthyroidism. In that case medication for hyperthyroidism need to be stopped because this patient is now hypothy8 Hyponatremia All of above need to be corrected ECG shows shows few peculiar finding 1) lead II, III and aVF shows ST segment depression and T wave inversion Suggesting inferior wall ischemia 2) Lead I, aVL and V4 - V6 showed lateral wall ischemia 3) All QRS complexes are having same shape - therefore their origin and conduction is the same Long lead II Diego's complexes are coming at irregularly irregular rate and they are not preceded by P waves These finding are suggestive of atrial fibrillation Giddiness that patient is having can be contributed by atrial fibrillation

Before 2 yr she was treated for hyperthyroidism with neomercazole
