Allergic Dermatitis with Cutaneous vasculitis?

45 year old male presenting with these lesions over both legs n trunk region. history is since 2 days only. No fever. No Drugs taken. No history of DM. what are these lesions called? What might be the cause? How should we approach this patient?

A female age of 30 yrs came with C/O redness n itching in both lower libs since 2 weeks.No h/o any drug reaction.k/c/o hypothyrodism. H/o abortion few month back. Wat will be daignosis.

22yrs married women having these types of skin lesions over hands and legs since 15 days. sometimes oozing from the lesions. itching present plz diagnosis and treatment.

17yrs Female multiple red patches in feet - 5days ( H/ O - headache and taken Tab.Diclofenac potassium sachet and Tab Pantoprazole) No any other history of past illness. ***(Patient is one of my friends daughter.) Kindly have your valuable opinion and line of treatment.
