Can cause perforation of drum. I personally don't recommend. Other wax solve/Anti fungal/Antibiotic ear drops can be used.

I have heard a lot about being used by quacks . It's a good antiseptics. Though risk of tymphanic membrane perforation are high.

its an oxidizing agent used as an antiseptics. it does been said to remove or soften the wax as used. by instilling it creates thru foaming softens the wax. it has its own disadvantages. but for irrigation of ear canal-saline solution can be preferred or simple water to soften the wax.
