60 yrs female, axillary tail swelling, ?subcutaneous / cutaneous, 1 1/2 yrs, gradual increase in size, regional lymph nodes + Trucut biopsy done FNAC done previously is inconclusive ? accessory breast carcinoma ? adnexal tumour ( Case posted in discussion forum 1 week back)
