Can zerodol sp given in 10 yr child with gum swelling

I think better Ibuprofen+ paracetamol is more effective for the gum swelling. Zerodol SP use the musculoskeletal disorder,like arthritis, spondylitis etc.

yesss u can give it.theres nothing any adverse reactions to children said.as ten yr child approximately to 30 kg.half the dose bd can be prescribed.though aceclofenac is still under research in children so nothing unsafe been suggested,till date.

If you are choosing zerodol sp because it contain serrotiopeptidaze.My personal opinion is 10years old doesnt need it as their normally immunity power to heal is fast.Antibiotic with general anti inflammatory like pcm or ibuprofen is enough.

It can be seen on pt weight. Then weight is under then we cannot give zerodolsp. We can give ibugesic_250mg bd s. O. S

Yes it's no problem ..you can give 1/2 tab twice daily after food
