Thus, prevention of CVD is a public health priority. Please share your thoughts on one of the leading causes of mortality in our country......
Yes prevention is better than cure CVD are no exception Lifestyle and addictions are compounding the problem True CVD are one 9f the leading causes of mortality irrespective 9f age as over burdened lifestyle with junk foods and addictions to alcohol drugs and smoking Yes if can convince the real dangers of contributing but modifying factors we can definitely improve the board and loss of manpower as well as add the years to life Yes sincerely we must look in this deeply
Nowadays CVD in India increasing and it is the leading cause of mortality. like other noncommunicable diseases it has some risk factors and it can be prevented. 1. We should exercise mainly cardiac exercise daily . 2. Healthy diet habits 3. Avoid smoking and drinking 4. Early diagnosis and taking medication regularly. 5. Avoid stress etc.
All I can say is Medicine needs to be taken seriously by the practitioners and upgradation is always required.

CVD is the major cause of death worldwide. It can reduce by follow some tips 1 stop chilli and spicy fast foods 2 stop tobacco 3 stop long sitting and heavy weight exercise 4 early rise and 2km walk regularly 5 yoga /prayanam daily
