    Male. 36 years. Swelling outer corner of right eye. say's he noticed it 17 to 18 years ago. Gives h/o getting aspirated twice in the past. Becomes totally normal but gradually grows back. Your opinion please.

    18years old boy, right side upper eye lid extremely difficult since to the birth. *Chief Complaints* Vision problems, no any other complain. *History* Extremely difficult right upper eye lid since birth. *Vitals* Puls 72 bpm SpO2 99% *Physical Examination* One side vision (left eye) normal.
