Case of assult , fracture of maxillary alveolar bone,

Case of assult, 2 days back patient came in emergency , MLC done in goverment hospital and patient was referred to our hospital. Diagnosis Fracture of maxillary alveolar bone Management Fracture segment is reduced and stability is achieved with Erich arch bar.

It's dentoalveolar fracture. Reduction of fragments and placemeny in tooth sockets with immobilisation done with Erich arch bar. Nicely done

Le fort fracture type 1 Fixation is preferably accomplished with a resin splint attached to at least one neighboring intact tooth on each side of the vertical fracture lines. Soft-tissue repair should precede the splinting of the teeth. Well managed dr, best of luck
