Hi sir Namaste please go through DD of Apis and Apocyanum and Eel serum. I think Apocyanum may be indicated in this case b.coz it was leading to a cardiac condition along with renal impairment. U can think of eel serum if there's any acute suppression of renal function like as a cardiogenic shock or else. If there is any further information u can share to correct my DD sir. Thank u..
