? LUNG..CANCER .. TREATMENT.. VARY .. BUT MAY INCLUDE.. SURGERY.. CHEMOTHERAPY.. RADIATION THERAPY.. TARGETED DRUG THERAPY.. IMMUNOTHERAPY.. WITH.. ONCOLOGISTS OPINION.. R/O.. COVID-19..
?? CA-LUNG RULE OUT COVID-19 AS WELL IF NEGATIVE THEN PLAN FOR SURGERY..AND REPEAT BIOPSY TO CONCLUDE...
As biopsy indicating malignancy, see for any metastatic lesions, pt will require chemotherapy/ surgery depending on staging
Antibiotics in solution are run into the cavity and, combined with cavity drainage, have brought about complete or partial cavity closure, reduction in sputum output and clinical improvement in eight patients so treated.
Looks Lung cancer Decide whether it’s malignant of benign Look for metastasis Surgery Chemo and if require radiotherapy
As per reports of biopsy treatment of malignancy to be done under opinion of Oncologist
ADVISABLE... RULE. OUT FOCAL ORGANIZING PNEUMONIA...
Suspect maglinancy Initially go for covid RT PCR Need pet CT to rule out primary lesion Need complete evaluation under pulmonologist and need expert of medical oncologist
Examine for cervical lymph nodes and if oresent then biospy. Whole body PET CT scan for staging. To decide the site of biopsy and IHC Serum CEA. Then plan for treatment
Lung cancer? Treartment include surgery.radio therapy chemotherapy immunotherapy but As he is 63 yr old . Give symptomatic antibiotics and anti inflammatory Treartment with r/o covid -19 and oncologist opinion

A 32-year old male, presented because of exertional fatigue. His complaints started 2 months ago with an occasional dry cough, and he progressively started to get easily fatigued during regular daily activities and concomitant dyspnea. He lost 6 Kg for those few months. He denied any other symptoms. Chest X-ray was done which shows diffuse "honeycomb" appearance bilaterally with some slight opacities on the right upper lobe and left lower lobe. His Past history was unremarkable except smoking. Family history is positive for lung cancer in his grandfather. The physical examination was unremarkable, except the area of faint inspiratory wheezing in the projection of the right upper lobe. The laboratory analyses showed the next pathological values: Ly. 0.61, ESR 32, CRP 17.7, D-dimer 0.86, creatinine 113, uric acid 490, total protein 92 (albumin was 40), Ca 2.75, alkaline-phosphatase 143. The patient was admitted to the hospital for further investigations. What is your impression of this case? What would be your further management plan? Interstitial lung disease of chronic course?
