Cerebral venous Thrombosis should be (rare) considered in child of Nephrotic syndrome c convolusion Cause is due to intravascular vol.depletion—->altered clotting c fibrinolytic mechanisms—> hypercoagulability state—>CVT RX 1.control Seizure c midzolam /Diphenyl hydantoin 2.Initial Heparin inj.& later oral anticoagulant therapy 3.continue steroid medication

35 yrs old female presented with C/o easy fatigability and loss of weight since 15days. Symptoms are insidious in onset and gradually progressive. She was treated at a local hospital for cellulitis of left leg. O/e Pallor++ PR 120/min, BP 150/100mwmhg, Spo2 60% room air, 90-94% with O2, RS: decreased breath sounds and dull note percussion on right side with crepts and rhonchi. P/a soft, diffuse tenderness+ CNS: No focal neurological deficit. All basic investigations attached. Patient was not affordable for further investigations because of financial constraints. Kindly discuss the case to R/o the cause and Rx.
