Causes of nausea and vomiting when seeing foods

A young male aged 18 yrs presented with complaints of pain abdomen and generalised weakness since a month....No h/o constipation, loose stools or bleeding was present...Stool FOBT was negative but he was having sevwre pallor....Comment on the approach to this patient....

33 yrs male patient came with the c/o 20-22days fever , semi-conscious Ness,and not passing flatus and faeces since 10 days. USG showing GB sludge and b/l hydronephrosis . corals markers negative, typhidot IgM +be, tenderness in abdomen(generalised). following ecg on 4th day, initially HR was 70bpm. shot and shot raised to 700 and 1700 ,s. alk phosphatase 500 . at present LFT is in decreasing trend. surgeon opinion taken,saying no intervention and started fluid intake. what could be the diagnosis and ecg. ,and management.

13 yrs old came to hospital with c/o fever since 2 weeks cough with sputum since 2 wks icterus since 2 wks huge hepatosplenomegaly rt sided pleural effusion on cxr ascites on usg no previous history of blood transfusion no family history of the, viral hepatitis immunisation not complete invg sent - hep b, hep c, hiv , CBC , scrub , malaria .. anything else to be done.. plz suggest diagnosis and invg and treatment
