Multiple grayish patches

13 y/o male presented with multiple grayish patches on the scalp. Sometimes itch looks dry but not flaky. The patient has a family history of atopy and asthma. The patient has a discolored patch on the upper lip and some smaller diverse discolorations on the face. One was recently appeared. Pt was treated with Terbinafine 250mg OD 60days. No significant improvement. The initial thought was tinea Capitis + Versicolor. Diagnosis?? Recommendation??

Ddx: vitiligo, psoriasis.
* Vitiligo ** Psoriasis needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan. reassurance and counciling required. rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion. multivitamin and antioxidant orally.
