With heart rate 40 / minute, B.P 80 / 50 and ECG indicative of inferior wall infarction with complete heart block - patient needs emergency tab Aspirin 300 mg , Atorvastatin 80 mg , clopidogrel 300 mg and motivate his attendants to shift to a cardiac care centre as he requires C.C.U care and a permanent pacemaker
