Cystic astrocytoma with compression of L t lateral ventricle , mild perilesion edema seen. Start antiepileptic. Ref to the Neurosurgeon. What about the optic fundi.How long the pt is symptomatic ? Decongestant if papilledema DD : Abscess.

A large SOL in left temporal region with compression of left lateral ventricle. Most likely a Pilocytic Astrocytoma as age is peculiar for this type of malignancy. A MRI scan for further evaluation. Only surgical resection if complete is curative
