CVA If you mean to say cerebrovascular accident NSAIDs are not required at all And if you are referring for cardiovascular accidents it is called ACS and best option is antiplatelets like aspirin But for routine pain chest yes any one can be used for temporary purposes

Ibuprofen Aspirin
NSAIDS are unsafe in patients with HTN, DM , CAD, CVA, renal diseases, hepatic disease. NSAIDs are unsafe because of side effects of NSAIDS 1) Retention of salt and water ,causing worsening of hypertension and cardiac failure. 2) Renal vaso spasm , and nephrotoxicity, causing analgesic nephropathy. 3) Gastric erosions resulting in life threatening GI bleed. This is especially dangerous since most of CVA and CAD patients are on anti platelet drugs ,or Noval anticoagulants . So ,no NSAID is safe in above conditions including CVA. Paracetamol, Tramadol, are safe. Cox 2 inhibitors like Etoricoxib are less dangerous than NSAIDs .
