RBCs- Seems to be decreased cell mass, Anisopoikilocytosis with echinocytes, acanthocytes, spherocytes, macro/micro ovalocytes -Polychromasia - NRBCs WBCs and Plts- normal ( As brief given) Possibilities , - Hemolytic Anaemia - Congenital spherocytosis - Haemoglobinopathies - Childhood HUS However, Clinical evaluation(+ drug history, Hepatosplenomegaly), reticulocyte count, Osmotic fragility, Hb- electrophoresis and work up for Hepatobiliary/ Renal dysfunction for needful towards management of the case.
Image 2,3 show bite cells So haemolytic anaemia due to G6 PD deficiency

Mild anisopoikilocytosis..anisochromia..microcytes..macrocytes..spherocytes..boat shaped cells..acanthocytes. .polychromatophils ..occ bite cells and normoblasts. Leukocytes appear normal with lymphocytosis. Platelets appear diminished. Hemolytic anaemia..G6PD deficiency. Dd. AIHA Hereditary spherocytosis. Please correlate clinically and by other parameters.

Rbc : burr cell or echinocytes seen ( crenated rbc ) with ring and troohizoites of p. Vivex seen Wbc: adequate /normal Platelet: adquate Diagnosis : haemolysis present Mostly p. Vivex malaria with artifact of excess EDTA seen. Investigate withLDH , LFT HBELEctrphoresis
Anisopoikilocytes Bite cells echinocytes Polychroamtophia Nucleated RBC. Few spherocytes Possibly G6PD def Adv Enzyme assay Coombs test LDH Retics
Lymhocytic Leukemia
Sir , here platelets and WBC are normal Hb decreased
