Middle interphalangeal joint of Ring finger inflammed. Treat along line of sero negative arthropathy. Tab nims 100mg.bd Tab deltacortil ec 5mg 2 tabs bd Tab hcq 200mg.bd Cap Esso 20mg bd

Inflamatiory involvement qualify it to be Cellulitis. Azithromycine.500.mg.0d.x5 days. NSAID.. Cold compression.

If pt is affording Go for these investigations CBC CRP quantitative Ana RA FACTOR ANTI CCP ANTIBODY

Mostly bacterial cellulitis of finger Paronychia also evident at tip of ring finger

Obviously Cellulitis Cephlaxin 500mg bd NSAID's Bcomplex 1bd
