cervical spondylosis I have a great experience in handling spondylosis with ayurvedic therapies. Without therapies there is no chance of maximum result. Many of my patients got 90% result only with therapies. Suggested Therapies: 1.Local Abhyangam & Steam + NASYAM with ksheerbala 101 oil for 7 days. 2.local ELAKIZI for 3 days. 3. GREEVA VASTI with maha vishagarbha thailam for 7 days. Otherwise advice physiotherapy along with oral medicines. Then you can get satisfactory result.
