pt aged 72 yrs having dysnoea ,chachexia,SOB on exertion, attached reports here, CBC blood sugar normal. plz suggest

Rt upper zonal inhomogenous heziness seen. Left apical fibrosis with tracheal pull noted. Left paracardiac mass lesion seen. Left hillum pulled up. Changes of COPD emphysema seen. Possibly malignancy. Adv FOB BAL sos biopsy HPE. Or CT guided biopsy to conclude.
